With an increase in infertility and more couples choosing to begin their family later in life, navigating the world of infertility can often seem daunting with limited and costly medical options. If a woman who is 35+ years old reports to her OB/gyn she has been unable to conceive for 6 months or longer, she is immediately referred to a fertility specialist (with minimal to no investigation). Options typically offered are IUI (intrauterine insemination with ovulation stimulation) or IVF (in vitro fertilization) with average cost of $2,000 and $15,000 respectively per procedure not including labs, medications, or doctor visits.
Dr. Miller helps couples determine the best path to achieve their goal of parenthood. She works directly with men and women to identify and address potential issues earlier to increase the chance of getting pregnant, to reduce pregnancy complications, to optimize the health of mother and baby, and to avoid costly and unnecessary fertility interventions. She is experienced in identifying and treating issues such as thyroid disease, PCOS, elevated prolactin, shortened luteal phase, insufficient ovarian production of progesterone (resulting in 1st trimester miscarriage), cervical mucus abnormalities, insufficient pre-ovulatory estrogen peak, low sperm count, and other sperm abnormalities.

- UNLIMITED visits for preconception and fertility care
- Direct 24 hour access to Dr. Miller during the fertility process for pressing concerns
- 3rd Trimester Checklist Visit to prepare parents for things they need to know or consider, things they
need to do, and things they need to get before their baby arrives. - Personal communication between Dr. Miller and patient/partner if issues arise to assist couple
in understanding their medical options and advocating for their best care - Dietary counseling during pregnancy for remainder of 12 month package

Testing may include:
- Hormone levels
- Nutrient testing (i.e. iron, B12, B6, Mg, folic acid, homocysteine)
